Jurupa Mountains Cultural Center

click photo to enlarge		 We were on our way somewhere else when I spotted a dinosaur on a hill top. Well, being inquisitive I decided to go find out just what this guy was doing roaming around the hilltops. When we are out exploring you never know where we are going to end up.<grin> Dino here greeted us at the entranceway.

click photo to enlarge		 The name of the place was the Jurupa Mountains Cultural Center. It turns out the primary function of the place is providing specialized nature and science programs for thousands of school children and organized groups. But they had this fabulous succulent gardens.

click photo to enlarge		 We were even able to get a private tour of the gardens. We spent about 2 hours wandering around the place.

click photo to enlarge		 The gardens were very unique. All built on a hillside. They also had a museum that was very interesting.
