Seal Beach

California has many beach towns. The interesting thing is they are all different.
This was out first time to Seal Beach. Each one has it's own character and
flavor.

Seal Beach seemed to be very quaint and laid back. It was easy to find a
place to park and it wasn't very quiet. The pier is very nice and it
has a restaurant at the end.

This little guy was with his father fishing. If you enlarge the picture look
at the rubber boots he was wearing.<grin>

But one thing common about every beach is the surfers. Seal Beach also has an
anual Sand Castle building contest.

This is the Red Car Museum. It contains pictures of early Seal Beach and other
memorabilia. It wasn't open so I don't know what all was in it.
