The Daffodil Gardens in Running Springs

  

click photo to enlarge		 The Daffodil Gardens in Running Springs are open each spring to the public for only 3 weeks.

click photo to enlarge		 Daffodils don't do well down where we live because it doesn't get cold enough. But up in the mountains where they get snow and freezing temperatures they can do well.

click photo to enlarge		 These gardens are tended by a coupe that have been doing this at this location since 1958. I'm not sure when they decided to open it to the public though.
