This was an unusual trip into Oatman for us. We didn't take paved
roads<grin> to get there. It was a fabulous day for pictures and I have had a hard
time cutting it down to only 5 to post. We really tested the limits of
the Subaru on this drive. At times we both had to get out and move boulders in order to
make it. At other times Karen had to get out and spot for me so I could make
it over and around some rocks. Unfortunately we got so engrossed in that we
didn't take any pictures of it. We took the old road / trail that goes
along the Milltown Railroad.

This is a view from above looking down on the town. The mountains were so
clear, the clouds so great. There were flowers in bloom all over. Oatman
is a very hot, dry dusty town. But after all the rain the south west got
this winter many areas had spectacular blooms.

We went driving around all the roads in town taking pictures. We had never
seen this little church before. It just looks too cool against that sky.
