click photo to enlarge		 We went down to San Diego primarily to visit the mission.  My wife is on a mission to visit them all. This page shows some other photos in and around the San Diego area. This was taken near La Jolla.

click photo to enlarge		 Torrey Pines Gliderport. As we were driving home I spotted a sign that said Torrey Pines Gliderport. Of course I had to turn around and go explore. The cliffs are straight down and drop off a few hundred feet. We watched this guy go back and forth for about 30 minutes. He was still going when we left.
