Route 66 Museum Classic Car Show

  

click photo to enlarge		 On June 16th the Barstow Route 66 "Mother Road" Museum held it's 6th annual Route 66 Classic Car show. There was everything there from this car depicting the Okie's coming to California during the dust bowl to 60's and 70's muscle cars.

click photo to enlarge		 I am not going to try or pretend to know what some of these cars are. Karen and I worked at the show and I also went around taking pictures. For more pictures click here.

click photo to enlarge		 My favorite car of the show is the 1966 GTO pictured in the lower right here. I had a 1967 LeMans that the GTO was based on. The GTO had the hood scoop, different tail lights and of course engine modifications.
