Our trip to Palm Springs was two fold. We had tickets to the matinee show for the Palm Springs Follies and the art museum had an exhibit on contemporary desert photography going on. Not to mention it was the last weekend for an Ansel Adams exhibit. |

Inside the museum as you walked up the steps to the next level this couple was sitting, studying the artwork across the aisle. I almost said excuse me as I walked past them for walking in front of their view. When I got upstairs I looked down at them. Something wasn't right. How could anybody stare so motionless for so long. HaHa turns out they are art work. |

Here is a picture of the upper level of the museum. We had a nice time going through the museum then we went downstairs for lunch. They have a cafe that is pretty darn good. This is the second time we have eaten there. |

This is the historic Plaza Theater where the hold the Follies. The Theater was opened in 1936. The Follies was a wonderful afternoon of entertainment. The show lasted almost 3 hours. |

The costumes were top notch and the entertainment was great. You would never know from the energy level the youngest entertainer was probably 55. |
