This is the old Fisherman's Wharf in Historic Monterey. A wharf was first
built here in 1870 by the Pacific Coast Steamship Company. We ate here a
number of nights as there were some pretty good seafood restaurants.

This is the Fisherman's Wharf taken early in the morning. Trucks are
delivering ice and supplies for the day.

This is the historic Cannery Row. These house are some of the buildings
talked about in John Steinbeck's book Cannery Row.

This is one of the old Cannery's. There is no actual canning taking place here
anymore as the sardines are all gone.
