Oatman Arizona

We have now been to Oatman probably 15 to 20 times. The tourist area for the
most part no longer interest us but rather wandering the back streets. For
example, nobody sees this place with the Black Cat Laundromat except a few
locals. It is not a place where tourists regularly see. So why does this
exist. I do not believe it to be a real laundromat. |

And what is the story behind this artwork, again not where it will be seen.
In fact it was on a road marked private property and I was looking for a
place to turn around. Desert dwellers do some interesting things. |

This collection of old fire trucks is also interesting. Although we
understand when you live in the desert you save everything because it may
have something you need down the road because it is not always easy to go
find parts. There all all kinds of abandoned structures around town too. |
