LA Arboretum

  

click photo to enlarge		 We went to the LA Arboretum for the 27th Annual Los Angeles Wild Mushroom Fair. The mushroom fair was pretty much all indoors and very crowded. You could not hardly get up to see displays and the seminars they were holding were packed. I suspect they have outgrown this indoor venue.

click photo to enlarge		 Parking was also an issue because they got a lot of people for the mushroom fair.

It also was not a very good time to visit the Arboretum as there was not much in bloom. I was able to get a few shots of the peacocks that roam the grounds.

click photo to enlarge		 One of these days we will have to go back and visit when there are a lot of plants in bloom. The grounds are very nice and well maintained but at this point that's all I can say.
