Twilight Cruise In

This cruise in is held on Wednesday nights in the parking lot of the NHRA
museum The cruise in is free and admission to the museum during this event is
free. I could not find out how long this event has been going on but it has
been at least the 10 years I have lived out here and I finally made it there. |

There was a great collection of custom cars and street rods the night I was
there. It is 1970 and earlier vehicles. Cars came and left the entire time I
was there. Problem was as soon as I arrived the sun was already going down
and most vehicles were already in the shade so it was hard to get good
pictures. My camera does not do well in low light. |

This was my 3rd time in the NHRA museum and while some cars are always
there they do change some of the displays. I always enjoy this museum as I
see many of the cars from the 60's and 70's when I was first getting
interested in cars and racing. I remember many of the cars I see in this
museum from reading my Hot Rod magazines. |
