Once a month at the Wally Park's NHRA Motorsports Museum they have a cruise
in. We have lived out here going on 13 years now and I have only been to this
twice now. One of the best things about this cruise in.. you get free
admission to the museum.

There are of course the usual suspects like this beautiful Ford Fairlane
retractable hardtop. I believe this one was a 1957. This kind of feature has
actually come back in style these days where there are a few new vehicles
with retractable hard tops. It is kind of unique for a cruise in, as cars
come and go instead of just staying there to the end.

Ohhh a 1970s era Plymouth Ruster.... LOL in the Cleveland area in the
70s there were a lot of issues with rust on cars. The salt used on the roads
in the winter just ate at cars. I had a 1972 Duster that within 13 months
had large areas of rust on it. There are of course hot rods here also. The
NHRA museum was all changed around from the last time I was in it. They had
displays on cars featured in HOT ROD magazine. I started reading HOT ROD
magazine when I was 14 and there was one or two cars I recognized.
