Well, I have not been to the Circus in probably 20 years. I mean once you go
it is always the same right.. WRONG.. Maybe the smaller ones are pretty much the same
but this one changes every 2 years. It was very modernized to appeal to
today's youth and we really had a good time. I also wanted to see how my new iPhone would do taking pictures. Of course they had the animals that are the
circus but they had a lot of more modern dance routines and acrobatics that
were a lot of fun to watch.

One of the coolest things was an hour before show time you could go down on
the floor and watch and talk to the performers. Here I was trying on an
outfit to be ring master. When we first went down it was not very crowded
but pretty soon people realized you could go down and they were putting on
acts for you to enjoy. They also had a visit with the animals 90 minutes
before the show and of course Karen had us there early for that.<grin> For
the last 6 years or so every year I ask Karen is she wanted to go to
the circus and the answer would be no. This year I just bought them and said
if you want to come with me you can. We both enjoyed it very much and it was
a lot of fun.

Here I am with some of my new BFF, well at least for that moment. LOL Hey if
I am taking photos with an iPhone I have to use the lingo right? Well the
pictures are OK but they are certainly not of the quality of the DSLR shots.
I mean I certainly could not blow them up and print them out. The outside
shots were actually pretty good but the inside are just OK. But there was no
way they would have let me bring in the large SLR camera. They do this same
show day after day yet they know it is your first time and they do a great
job ensuring you have fun. Now I need to take our grandson in a few years
when he gets a bit older.
