There is a local TV show on PBS called Inland Empire Explorer. One night one
of the sessions was about this scale model remote controlled racetrack. We
happened to be driving in the area where it is, although we had a hard time
finding it.. <grin>.. But I wanted to stop and see it. |

I was surprised at the number of people there racing and they may have been
having an event there this day. These cars go pretty fast and when they go
over these jumps they really go flying in the air. There are even bleachers
for spectators to sit and watch. |

There is a store there where you can go in and buy parts or cars or whatever
you may need for racing. It looked to me like you could get started racing
for maybe $500 for a car and controller. It was an interesting diversion to
watch for a while. They have trophy races the third Saturday of every month. |
