When the NASCAR races came to Fontana and the Auto Club the Southern Ca. AAA,
sponsor of the track, offer free tickets for the first day of qualifying. I
was able to convince a friend, yes I do have one or two, to take the day off
and go with me to the track. He had fun following me around why I acted like a
kid hopping in vehicles, signing up to get free t-shirts and even being a
little Petty n the picture in the lower left. At least that is what my
daughter said to me when I texted her the picture, quit being so Petty. Hmm
the nut doesn't fall to far from the tree, another smart as.... But I have to
admit it as pretty funny. The cur out I have my face in is Richard Petty. |
