The last time I was at this museum was with the Boy Scouts in the early 1990s. We camped on their grounds and then went through the museum. Well it has changed a lot in the last 20 years and in fact a new hanger that contains several presidential aircraft including SAM 26000, used regularly by presidents John F. Kennedy, Lyndon B. Johnson and Richard Nixon. This place is HUGE. |

Wait.. is this a flying saucer? Hmmmm in fact it is a flying saucer built by the Canadians. The museum has changed names a few times over the years and I always knew it as the Wright Patterson Air Force Museum. You can spend as much time here as your feet will allow. |
