In the U.S., we typically only eat the muscle and, in fact, most people
probably don’t realize there is a lot more that other countries around the
world eat. If we wanted, we could sample the muscle raw, which I did, then
they had some cooked. The cooked ones were the complete scallop. They were
wonderful raw and cooked. The grounds of the scallop farm were very
beautiful, which the pictures show. The cooked ones are in the picture that
shows them in a shell with a red ligonberry sauce and a yellow sauce. |
