The picture to the left shows downtown Montgomery in the distance from the gardens at the Nation Memorial to Peace and Justice. The National Memorial to Peace and Justice was opened in April of 2018 and is intended to focus on and acknowledge past racial terrorism and advocate for social justice in America. The hanging steel rectangles are the size and shape of coffins and the 805 rectangles represent each of the counties and states where a documented lynching took place.

The Church in the lower left if the Dexter Avenue Methodist Church, The Grave site is Hank Williams. We went to his museum but you were not allowed to take pictures inside. There is an awful lot of  history in Montgomery and most times when we go to visit our daughter we go to see some part of the city.
