While we were visiting Cleveland we ended up at the shores of Lake Erie a
number of times all the way from Erie PA to Rocky River Ohio. Pictures
included in this post are Euclid Beach park, Ashtabula Harbor, Edgewater Park,
Conneaut White Turkey Drive In and Headlands Beach State Park. Euclid Beach
was an Amusement Park from 1895 to 1969. A part of that land is now occupied
by the Cleveland Metro Parks. Edgewater Park shown below in the rain, is no
longer a city park but is now part of the Cleveland Lakefront State
Park. |
