We recently stayed at McGee Creek Campground, nestled in the heart of the Eastern Sierra. Our campsite sat right along the banks of McGee Creek, and the soothing sound of the rushing water became the perfect backdrop—especially at night, making it incredibly relaxing to fall asleep. |

During our stay, we explored nearby highlights including Convict Lake, known for its crystal-clear waters surrounded by dramatic peaks, and Crowley Lake, a popular spot for fishing and scenic views. The Sierra Nevada mountains were still capped with plenty of snow, creating breathtaking scenery in every direction. Between the peaceful campground setting and the stunning day trips, McGee Creek made for an unforgettable getaway. |
