Library and Post Office I can't tell you very much about this building other then the top 2 floors are the library and the bottom is the Post Office. I had wanted to go in and sit on the balcony with a cup of coffee and people watch but they made it difficult. The coffee shop was only open till 7 at night. When I asked how late they were open I was told in no uncertain terms that "this isn't LA or New York!!! we are only open till 7". Phew what a snot...
