Camping trip to

Joshua Tree is made up of two
deserts. The Colorado and the Mojave. I spent most of my time in the upper
Mojave. The only shots I posted of the lower Colorado are in the link marked
Colorado. And YES the sky really is this blue !!!! |
| The Camp site | The best thing about camping here is seeing the stars at night. They are just incredible. |
| Some rock shots and climbing | There are something like 2500 marked climbs here. People come from all over the world to climb rocks here. |
| Barker Dam Trail | It was short easy hike only about 1-1/2 miles. I wanted to see the petroglyphs was my main reason for taking this hike. |
| Colorado Desert shots | The Colorado was pretty but I didn't find it as interesting as the Mojave. |
